El Informe de Walter was born in the district of Lavapiés located in the centre of Madrid, in July 2005.
Most part of the band came from the members of Iratxo y El Informe de Walter.
The band, from his origin, feed on a special band plurality, in which all of its members try to write, compose or mix.
The lyrics talk about the world and its problems, about people and feelings, in a personal and direct way.
Their music is enriched with different cultures: Africa, Caribbean, Sudamerica, USA, Balcanes…with a strong rhythmic influence, finding always the balance between party and elaborate sound.
Since October 2005 going around the Madrid’s club circuit. They have been in Silikona, Clamores, Grutra77...
