For about thirteen years now Eskorzo follow the path
of constant musical development and aren't presumed to be one of the most
exciting and innovative Band from Europe's music scene without cause. Though
the tireless "fusion-freaks" draw their artistic power from the roots of
diverse styles of music such as Rock, Jazz, Reggae, Ska, Funk, Latin, Psicodelia...
Their special musical identity and originality turned them into role model for
a whole generation of young bands!
With extensive tours and countless festival gigs Eskorzo gained an abiding following of all
ages all over Europe. Their passion for musical detail and their incomparabely
energetic live performance arouse a real explosion, that drags the audience on
the dance floor and sweeps them away. Singer and shouter Tony Moreno enthuses
with Raggamuffin as well as with Muezzin singings, while he keeps on moving,
dances, jumps, gesticulates. First suffering, than quivering with insane
happiness, he heats up the crowd while his mimic gives an idea how close genius
and insanity are...
In march 2009 the long awaited fourth studio album "Paraísos
Artificiales" (artificial paradises) will be released. These recent eleven
songs, recorded amidst the paradisiac nature of the Alpujarra mountains
(Granada) present Eskorzo in a new phase of musical mutation: modern sound,
dominant references to Rock and Pop, great arrangements with catchy melodies
and majestic refrains form the musical basis for mature and almost philosophic
lyrics.

astonishing, mature album that will bring the Andalusian musicians of Eskorzo a
position in the first league and lots of new fans!
