Stage name of Jose Capel ,singer, author, and leader of the group COLOR HUMANO Jose, one of the precursors of “mestizage” started Color humano (1994) in Paris. In 1995 he and the band moved to Barcelona.
After 8 intense years, 3 albums and hundred of concerts in Spain, France, Belgium, Switzerland and Mexico... Jose stopped Color Humano and took a break, dedicating himself to the 08001 project :
Recorded the song "Doute" in the first CD "Raval ta joie" of 08001
Followed by almost three years of concerts presenting the CD live, finishing up at the end of 2006.
In parallel Jose was preparing his new project. Recording new songs. And playing acoustic, solo, in duo, in trio at small clubs
Records demo "Home". Puts together a new band: Drums, bass, two guitars, and two voices.
In January 2006 , he returned to the stage, with an intense, emotional, powerful, communicative live show, between reggae, French chanson, rumba, African rhythms and a dose of rock that makes this a most "mestizo" project.
Presenting live 12 new songs + the best of Color Humano
